Airy and great-sized units with the bar, Spa Bath and coffee.

Extremely quiet location - near to activities across North Norfolk, and the grounds in the evening. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Cromer Museum.

Not very friendly staff!

We greatly enjoyed magnificent and lovely location!!

Our breakfast was amazing and sensational with prepared fresh fruit and another sausage, for example.

Thanks a lot for the stay this time - would stay here again. It is peaceful venue in a peaceful location in the stunning bar area, the services it offers are exceptional. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. 

Interesting place for discovering Overstrand with so very helpful staff on the reception desk. Functional superior queen room with spa bath. Extremely quiet location really close to the restaurant and the oak panelled bar as well as lovely well kept gardens 

Excellent location close enough to the large gardens, Cromer along the beach in the evening when the tide was out and seafront. Marvellous and sensational breakfast with a wide range of meals.

Gorgeous room and beautiful, with tea/coffee making equipment, a TV, and a sitting area. Amazing setting, good and charming personnel on the reception desk.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and appreciated our choice. Had thoroughly enjoyable stay overall, well-maintained place and the weather was lovely. So very helpful staff and the breakfast was marvellous with twice the quantity and another 

The breakfasts where marvellous and sensational with another sausage, twice the quantity plus a great view. Really enjoyed the room in the main part of the house, my bed was large. Excellent service, although a few employees were not

The service was excellent, the food was outstanding. Got the same standard room booked online, loved that. The location was magnificent and lovely for exploring this quiet area, short walk to the bar/restaurant
